Marketplace role
Baclaran Wholesale is a managed multi-vendor wholesale marketplace. We register and verify stores, manage listings, process payments, procure or collect products, consolidate, pack, and ship orders. Customers buy through one official platform.
Payment-first policy
All orders are payment-first. We do not offer cash on delivery or pay-after-delivery. During temporary manual payments, customers send vendor-managed stores’ product earnings to their verified accounts and Baclaran’s portion to Baclaran’s account. Use only the recipients and amounts on your order. Finance verifies all payments before fulfillment.
Baclaran markup
Each product includes a Baclaran markup (default ₱5 per unit, minimum ₱3). The customer price equals the vendor base price plus the markup. Vendors may propose base prices but cannot remove Baclaran’s markup. Vendor base prices are shown only as the amount due directly to each vendor during temporary manual payments. Baclaran’s portion is shown separately.
Orders & fulfillment
Orders from a single store are Normal Store Orders. Orders spanning multiple stores or pasilyos are Pabili Consolidated Orders. If a paid product becomes unavailable, we notify the customer and offer replacements only with customer approval.
Accountability
Baclaran handles customer support, refunds, and disputes. Financial records are never deleted; corrections use reversal transactions with reasons.
