Shipping Information
Consolidated shipping
You can combine normal marketplace orders, orders from different vendors, Baclaran-managed store orders, vendor-managed store orders, and custom Pabili purchases into one shipment. We attempt to combine products into one package.
Couriers
We support J&T Express, LBC, South Seas Cargo, and additional courier and cargo services, with optional customer pickup. Official API integration is prepared but booking and tracking are manual until valid credentials are connected.
Multiple packages
One package is not guaranteed when courier weight or dimension limits are exceeded, items are fragile or restricted, products have different addresses, a product misses the waiting deadline, or a courier requires separate packages. We explain the reason, show additional costs, and obtain your approval before charging.
No duplicate charges
We prevent duplicate shipping charges for products successfully combined into one package. An order cannot be marked shipped without required courier and tracking information.
